What do you pack for lunch in a hot shop?
My lunch spoils fast in the foundry heat, so I need better options.

Just pack raw meat.

Honestly, skip anything that needs to stay cold. Peanut butter crackers or a sturdy granola bar hold up way better. Even @the_john's raw meat idea would cook before lunch out here.

About skipping cold stuff, I mean, I've used a good lunchbox with an ice pack and it works fine. Maybe not for raw meat, but for sandwiches or yogurt.
