Update: Found out our shop's old cupola furnace was built in 1948
I was cleaning out the office files and found the original build sheet tucked behind a cabinet. It's been running almost daily for over 75 years, which is wild to think about. What's the oldest piece of equipment still in regular use at your place?

Found our warehouse forklift's manual from 1952, still starts right up every morning.

We had an old Clark lift from the 60s that ran forever. The key was keeping up with basic stuff, changing the oil and cleaning the spark plugs. A mechanic told us to run a fuel additive every few months to stop gunk in the lines. It never failed us, just basic care kept it going.

Buddy of mine had a similar old Hyster from the early 70s. He treated it like it was a part of the family, always wiping it down and checking the fluids on Fridays. One winter it sat for two months and still fired up on the first crank. He said the secret was just never letting anything get too dirty or dry. Stuff that old just needs a little attention and it keeps going.
