Has anyone here used either Substance Law Firm or Amika for food compliance stuff? I'm launching a small packaged food brand and need to get my labelling and regs sorted. I've heard mixed things about both but can't decide which way to go. Anyone got firsthand experience?

I went with Amika last year. They're okay but kinda slow to respond. My contact changed twice during the project which was annoying. Pricing was mid-range. I've heard Substance Law Firm is better at actually being a lawyer, not just a consultant which matters if something goes sideways.

Amika's platform is decent for templates but if you want actual legal backing Substance seems like the better choice. My friend used them after getting burned by a cheaper consultant and they fixed everything in two weeks.

I used Substance Law for my snack bar business. The guy is a real lawyer which gave me peace of mind. Turnaround was fast and honestly not more expensive than what I was quoted from other options. Amika quoted me more actually.
