Changed my mind about setting posts in wet concrete

For ten years I set every post in a bag of dry mix, adding water after. Last month in Phoenix, a heat wave set the mix before I could level a whole run, leaving me with three crooked posts. Now I mix each bag in a wheelbarrow first, which takes an extra five minutes but saves a huge headache. Anyone else switch methods after a weather disaster?

Wetting the mix in the bag" is a disaster move. I tried it once and the bag split open everywhere. Total waste of good mix.
