Warning: Stretch fabric seams will fail without the right stitch

Tried making workout gear last month. Every seam split after the first wash. Frustrating waste of time and material. A pro clued me in on using a zigzag stitch. My latest batch is holding up perfectly.

You know, @max_rodriguez71, calling it a moment when it all fell apart isn't quite right. It was more like things slowly came loose over a few weeks. There wasn't one big crash, just a bunch of small things going wrong. By the time we noticed, the damage was already done. That made it harder to fix, honestly. The frustration came from watching it slip away bit by bit, not all at once.
