Vent: I had to pick between a viral audio clip and a quiet video for a post last Tuesday.
My buddy sent me a clip of a song that was blowing up, but I wanted to post a video of my dog just being calm. I went with the quiet video because the audio felt too forced. It got about half the views my usual stuff does, but the comments were way nicer. Anyone else skip a trend lately and feel okay about it?

Wait, are you serious? Someone actually asked if the dog was a CGI effect. Like, a real person typed that out and hit send. My dog is just a regular beagle who hates baths. Another person thought his spots were painted on. People on the internet see the weirdest things in a video of a muddy puppy.
