Found a stat about how many people actually keep using audio chat rooms

I was reading a report from the Pew Research Center and it said only 23% of people who tried audio chat rooms on social media kept using them after a month. That's way lower than I thought... it seems like most folks just check it out once and leave. Do you think this means audio rooms are just a fad, or will they find a way to stick around?

Yeah, that tracks with what worked for me, @william_henderson.

Only 23 percent? That's a crazy low number to stick around. Makes it feel like a feature people try once for the novelty. Hard to see it lasting unless it finds a real use.

Yeah that "only 23 percent" stat is pretty telling, @william_henderson. It totally feels like a party trick right now. People see it, try it once to laugh at the weird results, and then forget it exists. For it to last, it needs to solve an actual problem or be fun enough to use more than once. Otherwise it's just a flashy menu item nobody orders twice.
