My time with pegboard in the garage changed how I tackle mods

I've seen a trend where more F150 owners are fixing up their garages for mod work. In my case, I used to have all my tools thrown in drawers, which made jobs take longer. After hanging pegboard and hooking up my socket sets, I noticed my coilover install went way smoother. Your mileage may vary, but for me, having every tool in sight cuts down on search time. I think setting up your space right is just as important as picking parts. It's a small change that can really help with big projects like engine swaps or lift kits.

What if a messy garage helps you work faster?

You're not wrong. Watch your setup go from disaster zone to something you can actually work in. My garage looked like a tornado hit it until I got serious about putting stuff on walls. Nothing kills project momentum faster than digging through piles for that one socket. A clean space keeps your head clear when you're halfway through a job.
