That stupid 'loss' comic panel keeps popping up and I can't unsee it now

I was scrolling through a gaming forum last night and saw someone post a picture of four squiggly lines. I thought it was just abstract art but then sixty people in the replies started saying 'is this loss?' so I looked it up. Now I see that same is-this-the-hospital layout in store layouts, parking lot designs, even my kitchen floor tiles. How do you guys stop your brain from seeing that pattern everywhere once you know what it is? I feel like I'm cursed with this dumb meme knowledge now.

Whoa, I never thought about it that way. But honestly? I think the real curse is that once you see the "loss" pattern, you start seeing it in places where it was actually intentional. Like I swear some graphic designers and architects are trolling us by purposefully putting that layout in logos and floorplans just to mess with people who know. It makes you wonder how many "coincidences" are actually in-jokes we arent supposed to catch. Have you checked if any of those store layouts you mentioned are from chains known for meme culture?

I totally feel that about graphic designers hiding easter eggs, @jenniferw82. I used to work at a coffee chain where the floor tiles had this weird pattern that always bugged me, once I saw the loss meme it clicked immediately. Now I cant unsee it in half the stores I visit, its like a game we never asked to play but cant stop.
