Saw a meme with a frog and a weird number sequence at a coffee shop in Portland

It was on a laptop screen and I couldn't figure out what '711.013' meant next to the frog. Has anyone else seen this frog math meme and can explain the joke?

Totally saw that same thing on a bus stop bench last week. It was a frog with like, 3.14159 under it. No clue what it means either but it's everywhere now.

Oh that's actually pi... the math number. The frog is probably just a meme thing people add to it. I've seen it on like five different sidewalks downtown.

Yeah the frog with pi is all over the place now. Tried looking it up once and just found a bunch of weird meme pages.
