I was at a friend's party in Tampa when someone showed me the 'distracted boyfriend' meme and I had to ask what it meant
They explained the whole 'guy looking at another woman while his girlfriend is annoyed' thing, and how it's used for any situation where you're tempted by something new. Now I see it everywhere online and I finally get it. Does anyone have a favorite super-niche version of this meme format they've seen?

That format always felt a bit mean to me, honestly. It just makes the girlfriend look controlling for no real reason. The niche ones are clever, but the base joke is kind of tired.
