Save yourself the hassle and just hide the steamer after a beach day. I made that mistake once and turned a mild sunburn into a blistering mess. The heat from the steam traps in the burn and makes it hurt way more. Stick to cool showers and aloe vera gel straight from the fridge. Your skin will thank you by healing faster instead of screaming in pain. Seriously, keep that steamer far away from any red skin.
