Serious question, relatives swear by baking soda scrubs
It's crazy they think it's safe. Baking soda wrecks your skin's pH. Gotta shut that down fast.

Vicks VapoRub can actually mess with a baby's breathing.

Oh man, that is so scary. When my son was a baby and got all congested, I was totally worried about using Vicks. Our doctor said to use a cool mist humidifier in his room instead. I also found this baby safe chest rub at the pharmacy made with eucalyptus and lavender. It really helped him breathe easier at night without the risk.
