Overheard a client say she only washes her face with a makeup wipe at night

I was at the coffee shop near my spa in Denver yesterday, and the woman next to me was telling her friend she just uses a makeup wipe before bed and calls it good. I almost choked on my latte. That's not cleaning, it's just moving dirt around. Her skin probably feels tight and looks dull because she's not actually removing everything. How do you guys convince clients that a real cleanse is step one, no shortcuts?
