My Wednesday was a total wreck because of a new 'glass skin' serum
Had three clients come in with angry, red irritation after using the same viral product, and each appointment ran 45 minutes over trying to calm things down. Ever have a day where one trend just blows up your whole schedule?

Used to be that guy who said live and let live, let people try what they want. But after seeing what that glass skin stuff did to three of my regulars, I had to do a hard 180. @casey_harris you nailed it about the profit part, these influencers get paid to push products sight unseen and we get stuck cleaning up the mess. The charcoal mask thing was bad too, but at least people knew it was harsh. These new serums seem harmless until they're not. It really changes your mind about the whole "trends don't hurt anyone" idea.

Wish influencers had to deal with the fallout like @jana_fox50 mentioned. It's all profit for them and extra work for us fixing the damage.
