Back when I started, everyone swore by those harsh, stripping cleansers for oily skin.

Switched to a gentle, hydrating cleanser with ceramides about 6 months ago and my client's breakouts cleared up way faster. Anyone else find that less is more with certain skin types now?

Ceramides are great, but that breakout clearing was probably from stopping the harsh cleanser first.
