Hydraulic vs MRL traction for low rise buildings - which one actually holds up better long term?
I've got a 6 stop in a 1990s building that's on its third hydraulic jack seal in 5 years. Meanwhile my buddy's MRL install from 2015 is still running smooth with just basic maintenance. Anyone else seeing traction outlast hydraulics on buildings under 10 stops?

THREE jack seals in five years? That's insane.

That "three in five years" number really makes you stop and think. It's not just about those specific incidents - it's like everything these days is getting pushed to the limit and breaking down faster than it used to. I see it with appliances, cars, even the roads around my neighborhood. Nothing seems built to last like it was twenty or thirty years ago. We're all just living in this world where things wear out quicker and nobody seems to care about quality anymore.
