Seriously, it's not just soul. The new stuff feels like it's built to get thrown out when one tiny thing goes wrong. These old units actually feel fixable, like they want to keep working.

Broke my laptop trying to swap the battery myself. It felt like the thing was fighting me every step of the way. Now I just accept when stuff dies.
