Just fixed my 500th broken screen and the number hit me wrong
I was cleaning out my work log last night and saw the exact count... 500 screen replacements, mostly phones and tablets. It felt like a bad milestone, not a good one. It just shows how disposable everything is now, people would rather pay me $80 than be careful for five minutes. I used to feel good about saving devices, but now it just feels like a factory line. Has anyone else gotten tired of doing the same fix over and over?

Watched my buddy who fixes laptops just lose it last week. A college kid brought in the same MacBook for the third time this semester, screen totally shattered again. My friend just stared at the new case of glass he was about to open and said, "This one's going to be a ghost." He fixed it, but he didn't even put the Apple logo sticker back on. Just handed it over blank. That kind of tired hits different.
