My journeyman told me to never use aluminum paste on copper connections, and he was dead wrong.
I had a service call in Phoenix last year where a loose lug caused a meltdown, and the manufacturer's spec sheet said to use it. Anyone else run into this with newer panels?

Oh man, that's the worst. Gotta love when the old school advice gets proven wrong by the actual instructions.

My grandma always told me to salt pasta water after it boils. The box said to do it right away and honestly, it cooks way better that way.

Yeah, I always did it her way too... until I tried the box way.
