The way people treat their paint brushes after staining a fence drives me up a wall
I swear I watched my neighbor soak his brush in a bucket of water for two days and then act surprised when the bristles fell out like when did you last clean a brush properly dude?

Day two in water? That's not cleaning, that's a science experiment. Surprised the handle didn't sprout mold.

Oh come on, it's not that bad. People let their reusable bottles get way grosser than this. A quick rinse and it's fine.

Day two in water and someone's calling that a quick rinse? That's just wet storage at that point. We're past cleaning and into fermentation territory.
