The day I realized I had been measuring ceiling angles all wrong for 8 years

After a builder on a custom house in Portland pulled out a roofing square and showed me my butt joints were off by 1/8 inch on every corner, I went home and measured 3 of my old jobs and found the same mistake every time-has anyone else had a pro call them out on something that obvious?
