That laser level add-on cost me a full day of finishing
I grabbed a cheap green laser crossline mount from a hardware closeout in Phoenix, thinking it would speed up my ceiling grids. The bracket slipped on the first drop, and I spent 8 hours re-snapping lines and sanding my own mistakes. Anybody else trust those universal clamps, or do you stick with the brand-specific bases?
