Mudding corners got 3x faster after I ditched my trowel for a corner box

Been hanging and taping for about 7 years around Portland and always fought inside corners with a 6 inch knife. Last week on a 14 unit apartment job, I borrowed a buddy's stainless corner box and ran the whole unit in one pass. It laid down perfect mud with zero creases and I only had to come back for a light skim coat. Anyone else switch to a box for corners or do you stick with hand tools for the finish feel?

...which is funny because I spent three years avoiding boxes entirely after I watched a guy on a high-rise crew absolutely destroy a corner with one, dude was so mad he chucked the whole thing off the scaffold. Landed in a dumpster, perfect throw honestly. But then I got stuck on this old house where the corners were so wavy nothing hand done would ever look flat, so I caved and tried a cheap plastic one just to see. That thing left a ridge on one side every single time no matter how I adjusted the pressure, drove me nuts. Now I always check the plates are aligned before I even load it, and I keep a 4 inch knife in my back pocket for the spots the box just can't reach.
