Thought shore team chats were a waste of time
I used to avoid those radio calls. After we almost hit a pipeline because of bad info, I changed my tune. Now I make sure we talk clear before starting any cut.

Yeah, that's a scary wake-up call... almost hitting something because of a bad chat. Totally get why you changed your mind. Like baker.stella said, it's a fast way to learn. I make everyone stop now for five minutes to go over the plan before we even pick up a tool.
