Went from posting daily to 3 times a week and my engagement tripled in a month
Used to force out a breakdown every single day because I thought consistency was everything. Around early February I hit a wall, every video felt like the same recycled drama recap. So I cut back to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only, and spent the extra days actually digging into source threads instead of skimming. My average views went from 400 to 1,200 per post, and a couple of callout explainers crossed 5k. Anyone else find that less output made their takes sharper, or is this just a lucky stretch for me?

Three weeks into my daily grind last year I was ready to quit, thought the algorithm would bury me if I skipped a single post. Then I tried your exact schedule, Monday/Wednesday/Friday, and spent the off days reading the full archives people linked to. My last two deep-dive posts did better than my last ten daily ones combined, and honestly the quality gap was night and day. I was totally wrong about consistency being king, it's about having something real to say when you show up.

That's such a relief to hear someone actually admit the daily grind is a trap, not a strategy. @diana20 you basically described my entire burnout arc from last spring, all those posts I churned out that nobody even glanced at. Funny how skipping a day feels like skipping a meal at first, then you realize nobody was even watching the plate. The archives comment is the real kicker too, turns out the audience was always there, we were just too busy talking to listen.
