The 14 hour saga of a return label that never existed
I spent all last Tuesday trying to return a broken speaker to an influencer brand that got exposed for fake reviews. Their site said the label would email in 10 minutes, but 14 hours later I was still talking to a bot named Marcus. Finally found a real person on their Discord at 2am who admitted their whole system was broken. Has anyone else had to chase down a refund through three different platforms just to get a human?
