Spent $220 on a viral detox tea and all I got was a bathroom emergency

Saw this influencer I follow push a 7 day herbal cleanse bundle for weeks, clips of her looking all glowing and stuff. I bought in with my card at 2 AM last Tuesday, total came to $219 with shipping. Day two I was sprinting to the bathroom every 20 minutes and my stomach felt like a washing machine full of rocks. She never mentioned it was basically laxatives in a pretty pouch, and now I'm wondering if anyone else has been burned by those 'gut reset' promos from fitness girlies. Did yours actually work or did you also just lose weight from pure panic?
