Vent: Bought a $300 drafting table light and it's been a total game changer
I was getting headaches after long days doing detail work on my board, especially in the winter when it gets dark early. My old desk lamp just wasn't cutting it, it cast weird shadows and the color was off. I finally bit the bullet and got a high-CRI LED drafting light with an adjustable arm. The difference is night and day, literally. No more eye strain and my lines look so much cleaner under it. Has anyone else found a specific piece of gear that just made the whole drafting process way better?

What's the brand of that light? I've been looking for something just like that.

Funny how every time someone posts a light, the first question is always "what brand?" Like we're all on a treasure hunt, right? But for real, I've noticed this pattern with everything from lights to tools to kitchen gadgets - we all want that one particular thing that'll finally solve some tiny problem. I bought a cheapo version of a light like this from a hardware store once and it died in two months. So now I get the brand hunting. Hope Eric delivers that answer for you.
