Pro tip: check your layer standards before you start a big project
I was 40 hours into a commercial building layout for a job in Denver when I found out the client uses a totally different layer naming system than what I had been using for years. Their standards are based on some old AIA guideline from 2012 that nobody in our office had even heard of. Has anyone else run into a weird client standard that completely messed up your workflow?

I mean 40 hours in is rough, that AIA thing sounds like a nightmare.

Got stuck on a project last year where the client kept changing their mind about what they wanted cleaned. Ended up pressure washing the same damn driveway three times because the wife wanted it done a different way each time. By hour 30 I was ready to just spray them both with the wand and call it a day.
