Can we talk about the time I tried a 3D printed template for a custom duct run?
I printed a full-scale guide for a tricky bend, but the plastic warped from the shop heat and threw the whole measurement off by a quarter inch. Do you think digital mockups are just more reliable for complex fabrication now, or was my material choice the real problem?

Classic case of blaming the tool when the plastic couldn't hang.

Reminds me of my buddy who snapped a cheap socket wrench and tried to say the bolt was defective. Some people just can't admit they bought junk.

Ever have a project where the idea was solid but the execution just fell apart? That quarter inch from warped plastic sounds like a classic material failure, not a bad plan. Maybe try a higher temp filament if you give the printed guide another shot.
