My brother insists we team up for repairs, but I work faster alone.
Last time we tried fixing the deck together, we spent more time debating methods than actually hammering. I've learned that solo work saves both time and relationships.

My cousin and I actually saved a whole weekend rebuilding his fence by working together. I get what @flores.robin means about debates, but a good partner can cut the job time in half if you're on the same page.

Ugh, my buddy and his dad tried building a shed together last spring (it was a whole thing). They finally just took turns working alone to finish it.
