Fixed a wobbly table with a paper trick I saw online

My dining table has been wobbling for months. I tried adjusting the legs but nothing worked. Then I read about using folded paper to shim it under one leg. I folded a piece of printer paper into a small square and slid it under the short leg. It leveled the table perfectly no tools needed. Anyone else use random household stuff for quick fixes like this?

Paper shims are genius. I had the exact same problem with my coffee table for like a year, drove me nuts every time I put a drink down. One day I grabbed a bunch of business cards I had lying around and stacked them under the short leg until it was solid. Worked like a charm and I didn't have to buy anything. It's wild how something that simple can fix such an annoying problem. Now I keep a stack of old cards in my junk drawer for moments like that.

@grace_bailey I used a folded napkin under mine once, worked just as good.

Why wouldn't you just grab a napkin though, @avery_smith22?
