Stumbled on a co-working hack in Medellin that saved me $150 this month

I found out that most hostels here let you use their coworking space for just $5 a day if you buy a coffee, way cheaper than the $15 WeWork day passes. Has anyone else found hidden cheap workspace deals in other cities?

Found a spot in Buenos Aires where a cafe let me work 6 hours for just a coffee.

3 peso coffee and you're taking up a table for 6 hours? that's kinda rough on the owner, @gavin_hill27. i get wanting a cheap workspace but most places here in BA are running on thin margins. maybe buy a second coffee or some empanadas if you're gonna camp out that long. just a thought from someone who's seen both sides of the counter.
