Paid $120 for a coworking day pass, the wifi died at noon

Last month in Lisbon I booked a fancy coworking space for a day to take client calls. The router crashed at 12:30 and no one could fix it until 4. Has anyone else had a bad experience with premium day passes, or should I just stick to cafes with backup hotspots?

Man thats such a rip off. My buddy had almost the same thing happen in Barcelona, paid like 50 euros for a "pro" desk and the AC broke at 10am. The place was a sauna by noon and they just handed out little fans like that fixed it. He ended up canceling his afternoon calls and sitting on a park bench with his phone hotspot. The worst part was the staff kept saying the tech guy was "on his way" for like 3 hours. He still talks about it whenever anyone mentions coworking spaces. I'll take a crowded cafe with decent wifi over those overpriced places any day.
