My friend insisted I get a local SIM card in Medellin instead of relying on my US plan
Tbh, I thought my international roaming was fine until I tried to join a video call from a cafe in El Poblado. Has anyone found a better global data provider that actually works for work?

Ugh, @alicecooper, that's the worst feeling when you're just trying to use your phone. Happened to me in Lisbon, left me totally stranded without maps. These roaming promises never seem to work when you actually need them.
