Heard a guy at a coworking space say he's been in Chiang Mai for 3 years straight...

I overheard this dude talking about how he's been living out of the same hostel room in Chiang Mai since 2022, paying $150 a month. Kinda made me wonder if some of us are just trading one routine for another instead of actually exploring. Has anyone else met someone who's been parked in one spot way longer than they planned?

Yeah, you're right. I used to think it was all freedom but that's just another rut.
