That coolant spill at the Flying J in Cheyenne taught me a lesson
Was doing a pre-trip on a 2018 Pete and the degas bottle cracked when I torqued the cap, dumped about 3 gallons of green all over the lot. I thought I had it wiped up but the next guy's boots slid real bad, he nearly ate it. Anyone else had a coolant spill turn into a liability deal on site, or is that just my luck?

Man, 3 gallons is no joke. I had a similar thing happen at a TA in Iowa once, the ground stayed slick for hours even after I dumped a whole bag of kitty litter on it. Those boots have zero grip on that green stuff. My advice is to always carry a couple of the industrial absorbent mats, they work way better than rags. That guy sliding was one lawsuit away from ruining your whole week.
