Ran across a stat that blew my mind about injector cleaning

I was looking up some stuff on the Bosch website last night and found out that a 2% injector flow loss can drop your fuel economy by over 5%. That seems tiny but adds up fast. I always thought a little clog here or there was no big deal. Has anyone else seen numbers like this from their own testing?

Man, talk about nickel and diming yourself at the pump. I guess a little dirt really does go a long way.

I actually saw a video from a shop that tested injectors on a flow bench before and after cleaning, and like, the difference was pretty wild. They had an older car that was running a bit rough and the flow was off by like 4% on a couple injectors, and after cleaning it smoothed right out and the owner said they picked up almost 3 mpg on the highway. Makes me wonder how many cars out there are just losing gas money on tiny little clogs you can't even see. I guess a small thing like that adds up over a full tank if you think about it.
