Just wasted $400 on a reman injector that was DOA
Picked up a reman injector from a local shop in Houston for my 6.0, got it all installed and the thing won't even fire. Shop is saying I 'drove it wrong' and won't refund me. Anybody else dealt with reman parts being junk right out of the box?

Figure most people mean they put it in and drove it before bleeding the system or checking for leaks. That's pretty common with injectors, people get in a hurry. But to be honest, even if you do that, usually nothing terrible happens if you catch it quick. A lot of these horror stories online are just from folks who had a bad part and needed someone to blame. Reman injectors can be hit or miss, but a simple drive around the block is rarely the reason they fail.
