Finally fixed my air dryer purge valve after 3 weeks of fighting it
Last month my Wabco dryer kept short-cycling, dumped air every 40 seconds in the yard. Tore it down three times, replaced the seal, still did it. Turned out the governor line had a tiny crack at the fitting, swapped 2 feet of line and it's been quiet since. Anyone else chase a phantom purge leak for way too long before checking the obvious?

Three weeks is just the universe's way of making sure you really appreciate the fix, right? Cracks in the governor line are basically the trucking version of a haunted house, all that noise and nobody can see the ghost. Glad you finally found it before the dryer gave up entirely.
