Found an 8 minute alternate ending for that horror movie on the DVD menu of all places
I was digging through my parents' basement this weekend and came across their old DVD collection. Popped in one of those early 2000s horror flicks we watched a million times as kids. Out of boredom I let the main menu sit there and it started playing this hidden deleted scene where the killer survives in a totally different way. I didn't even know DVD menus did that. It changed the whole movie for me because the theatrical cut had this happy ending that never made sense with the sequel. The scene was rough, no music, some boom mic visible, but honestly it felt more real than the actual ending. Has anyone else found hidden scenes just by leaving a disc menu alone or am I late to this party?
