Compared two deleted scene compilations on YouTube, the 4K fan edit won by a mile

I spent last weekend watching the same deleted scenes from a 2012 sci-fi movie in two different uploads. One was a grainy 480p rip with choppy audio, the other was a 4K upscale someone restored with the original script pages in the description. The difference was huge. The 4K one had the scene properly timed with the score, so the emotional beat actually landed. It made me realize half the deleted scenes I wrote off as boring were just bad uploads. Has anyone else found a fan edit that totally changed how you saw a cut scene?
