Rant: Password managers are useless if you share accounts with family

My sister in Columbus still uses the same password for her bank and her Netflix, and no app can fix that. Last month she gave me her login for a streaming service and it was literally 'Fido2020'. I told her to at least turn on two-factor, but she said that's too annoying. A password manager only works if everyone actually uses it, and most people I know won't bother. Has anyone else given up on getting relatives to secure their stuff, or is my family just extra stubborn?

Is there a way to set up a shared vault for family so they can just autofill stuff without thinking? That's the only thing that got my dad to stop writing passwords on sticky notes.
