I finally looked up how many people reuse the same password everywhere
A report from a security company said it's over 60%, which is wild. Has anyone found a good way to get family members to actually use a password manager?

Oh man, that's the real struggle. I tried with my aunt and it was like teaching someone to drive all over again. She kept asking what if the internet broke and she couldn't get to her passwords. You just have to keep it simple and hope it clicks eventually.

My buddy tried to get his dad to use one and it totally backfired. The dad wrote the master password on a sticky note and stuck it to the monitor, which just made everything worse. Sometimes the old way is just too set in their heads.

Yeah that stat is crazy but honestly not surprising. Read an article once that said people just have too many accounts to remember now. Tried getting my parents on a password manager and it was a whole thing, like they thought it was too complicated. Maybe starting with just putting their email and bank logins in there helped a bit.
