Dropped $199 on a dark web monitoring service for one email address

I signed up for a year of dark web monitoring last March, mostly because a pop up scared me after a site I used got breached. Turns out the free Have I Been Pwned alerts had already flagged the same two breaches, and the paid service just emailed me a PDF saying the same details. Has anyone here paid for one of these and felt it gave them something the free tools did not?
