Can we talk about how I finally embraced password managers?

I figured password managers were too much work, but a phishing scare made me rethink. Now I rely on one and it's a huge relief for my digital security!

Ugh, I feel you @riley_schmidt. That initial setup is such a wall. Mine was definitely a panic after having to reset a bunch of stuff at once.

Seriously, what was the final straw that made you set it up? I put mine off for years because the initial setup felt like a huge chore. Was it just the general fear from the phishing attempt, or did you actually have to reset like fifty accounts at once? That's the kind of nightmare scenario that finally got me to do it too.
