Am I the only one who sees people still using the same password everywhere?

My friend in Austin asked me to help with her email last month, and I saw she used the same password for her bank, her social media, and a shopping site. I showed her how a breach on that shopping site meant all her other accounts were open too. I set her up with a free password manager that day, and she said it was way easier than she thought. Has anyone else had to gently explain this to someone recently?

Tried a few free ones last year. They all fell short on basic stuff like follow up. Ended up just doing it myself.

Wait, you're still looking for a free one after Oliver said they all fell short on basic follow up? That's the whole job. If they can't even do that, they're not a manager, they're just a person who maybe opened an account for you. I tried that route a couple years back and it was a total waste of time, you end up doing all the work anyway but now you have to chase someone else down too.
