Can we talk about the 200th walkthrough inspection?
Everyone makes a big deal about the final walkthrough, but last month I hit my 200th one on a spec house in Boise and realized they're mostly pointless if you catch issues early. I spent 45 minutes staring at caulk lines while the real problems were in the HVAC rough-in. Has anyone else found the 20th or 50th milestone more useful than the final sign-off?

Wow, the 50th check beats the final one since that's when you can actually fix stuff.
