My buddy Tom spent two whole days tracking down a weird audio delay in a podcast. He replaced every cable, checked all the software settings, and finally found it was just a Bluetooth headset that got paired to his laptop. Got a similar story actually. My old man spent three hours trying to figure out why his car stereo kept cutting out, and @riveradams your buddy Tom's situation reminds me of it. He replaced the whole head unit, rewired the speakers, and even bought a new battery. Turns out his phone's Bluetooth was just randomly connecting to his neighbor's Sonos speaker in the driveway. He only found out when the neighbor knocked on the door asking why "Back in Black" was playing on repeat at 3 AM. Two full days of your life gone just because of a wireless signal hopping over, man that's brutal.
